Being able to produce and bind manuals has helped us "Win the Day" with some of our best clients.

One of our new customers had been forced to coordinate the "Bindery" effort between two different printers on his own. Believe it or not, he was buying generic tabs down at an office supply store. When he learned that he could get custom tabs, and high quality manuals printed- and bound- at the same place without having to give fulfillment a second thought, he was ready to kick us… for not coming around sooner. The good news is that several of his clients have already commented about the difference in the quality of his stuff. You could say that after we did his binding ... we sort of bonded.
